We also provide comprehensive information on the customer and property visited, including the customers work status, debts, lifestyle and other tenants in the property.
We compile detailed reports providing up to date information about the customers, and details of the present occupancy. We also seek long-term solutions intended to retain goodwill and yet ensure customers meet their payment commitments.
Every M.A.C.S counsellor is comprehensively trained and fully understands the sensitivities of the services we provide on behalf of lenders, councils and landlords. .

Pre-Eviction Mortgage Arrears Counselling.
We can also attend on eviction day to ensure that the customer
fulfills their obligation to the lender or landlord. We also
obtain any forwarding information for the customer.

Post-Eviction Arrears Recovery Counselling.
When a customer has left a property, with an outstanding balance owed, our counsellors
can meet
with the debtors and arrange a schedule to repay the debt.
We can olso ensure that a permanent forwarding address
is obtained.
We are able to establish who is living at the target address
in the event of a lender, council or landlord suspecting that the
customer has vacated the property. We can quickly provide information
about any property that has been abandoned or if it lies empty..
